Role Description

The HR position at Freshers (0-1) Years is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for entry-level employees. This role will involve:

• Coordinating interviews

• Processing new hire paperwork

• Addressing any HR-related issues that may arise

• Oversee team members' performance and provide guidance and feedback for improvement
