AHA’s Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Success in this role requires:

Qualifications

• Passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition
• A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented
• Comfortable building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Data driven decision making skills required
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Experience recruiting for laboratory, phlebotomy, or other healthcare positions preferred
• SHRM, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certifications preferred

Work Environment

This position may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on organizational needs. Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities.
