What You'll Do

• Build and manage your own pipeline of healthcare candidates.
• Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach through placement.
• Use AI-assisted tools to identify and prioritize candidates - Focus your time on engagement, closing, and redeployment.
• Work across roles as the business scales.
• Contribute ideas on workflow, tools, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years experience in healthcare recruiting, with direct travel nursing experience.
• Background in specialties such as ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, OR, PACU, L&D, NICU is a strong plus.
• Strong execution and ability to run a desk independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Open to using new tools to improve efficiency.
