[Hiring] Head of Recruiting @Walkthrough.ai

Role Description

We're looking for a Head of Recruiting to build and lead our talent acquisition function as we scale. You'll own the end-to-end recruiting strategy across all departments, build a high-performing recruiting team, and partner directly with leadership to ensure we're hiring the right people at the right pace. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who wants to shape how a company hires as it grows.

• Own the company's overall recruiting strategy, hiring plan, and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance and department leaders.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Design and continuously improve the end-to-end candidate experience and hiring process.
• Partner with executive leadership on senior and executive hiring.
• Own recruiting metrics and reporting, including time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and diversity of pipeline.
• Establish employer branding and sourcing strategy across channels.
• Own the compensation benchmarking process in partnership with People and Finance.
• Implement and optimize ATS and recruiting tooling and workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting, including 3+ years in a recruiting leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling a recruiting function at a high-growth startup.
• Track record of hiring across technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with executives.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting operations and reporting.
• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting technology stacks.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in a Series B-D stage company.
• Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.
• Experience building DEI-focused hiring programs.
