Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities to support our expanding client base and help build high-quality candidate pipelines.

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other online channels, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
• Map target companies and talent pools for key positions.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and follow-up, turning passive talent into active pipelines.
• Screen candidates via CV review and virtual interviews, assessing skills, motivation, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and keep all activities updated in ATS/CRM tools.
• Share basic market and talent insights (e.g., trends, compensation ranges, talent availability) with the team and clients.

Qualifications

• EE/ECE, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and other Semiconductor related degrees are strongly preferred.
• Prior recruiting experience (role scoping, client communication, candidate sourcing/recommendation, full process follow-up) is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with background knowledge in the Semiconductor sector.
• Highly proactive, target-driven, comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin are preferred.
