[Hiring] Global Senior Manager of Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility @Wellhub

Role Description

We are hiring a Global Senior Manager of Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility for our Total Rewards team in Brazil! The Wellhub mission is to make wellbeing universal and the pursuit of this mission begins with our Wellhub. You will be responsible for the design, strategy, and implementation of our benefits and wellbeing programs globally. This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards, and will directly manage an analyst as well as partner with the global People Operations team for local implementation and support of our programs.

Your Impact

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our benefits offerings across all regions and countries of operation, utilizing global benchmarks to guarantee the ongoing competitiveness of our programs.
• Thought leadership in the emerging space of corporate wellbeing, driving greater impact and adoption of our wellbeing programs within our organization.
• Responsible for the design and ongoing oversight of benefits administration including health, welfare, life and disability, etc.
• Managing mobility policies, including the international relocation program.
• Responsible for measuring the impact of wellness programs to improve employee health and ensuring that wellness activities align with overall business objectives.
• Ensure the proper resolution of escalated benefits issues and oversee policies related to vacation, holidays, bereavement, and leave of absence.
• Develop & execute a comprehensive benefits communication strategy and collaborate with People Operations on localized benefits administration, covering allowances such as transportation, meal stipend, etc.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience managing multi-country benefits in a corporate environment and/or relevant previous benefits consulting experience is highly valued; or a solid senior-level foundation in localized benefits (e.g., Brazil/LATAM) paired with strong strategic thinking and a proven appetite and capacity to learn and expand into a global scope.
• Fluent/Advanced English; Spanish is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Google suite of office products.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they relate to benefits management, particularly in LATAM & Europe.
• Highly skilled in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with all levels of employees.
• Ability to develop and administer budgets and financial reports; ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
