Role Description

AGBO is seeking an experienced Games Recruiter to support ongoing and upcoming staffing efforts at our studio. This is a temporary position supporting full-cycle recruitment across current and upcoming hiring efforts, including:

• Sourcing
• Candidate management
• Interview coordination
• Offer processes

You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier candidates across game development disciplines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and brings a proactive, resourceful approach to recruiting in entertainment tech.

This is a 6-month temporary, full-time remote position. Candidates should be comfortable supporting teams across both Pacific and Eastern time zones and able to maintain flexibility in scheduling based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on roles in games.
• Experience recruiting across game dev functions including gameplay programming, game design, and technical art is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of games industry landscape, tools, and production pipelines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to manage multiple reqs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Must be based in the U.S. and able to work core hours aligned with the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
• Prior experience working in an entertainment studio or creative tech environment is a plus.

Benefits

• The typical base salary for this position ranges from $50.00-$60.00 per hour. Actual offers will be determined based on experience.
