Role Description

As Founding Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for imaging professionals across the United States while partnering with leading hospitals, health systems, and imaging centers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.

Your primary responsibility is identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional medical imaging professionals while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and employers.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit imaging professionals across all radEmploy client markets.
• Build relationships with imaging professionals across all major modalities.
• Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, screening, and qualification.
• Present qualified candidates to employers in a timely manner.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the radEmploy platform and ATS.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Build long-term talent pipelines.
• Own recruiting performance across your assigned territory and consistently deliver placement goals.
• Partner directly with the Founder & CEO and Head of Operations.
• Understand employer hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Meet recruiting KPIs while contributing directly to company revenue.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Medical imaging recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare staffing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for direct hire, contract, travel, and per diem positions.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Highly organized.

• Comfortable using AI to improve recruiting.
