Role Description

This isn't your typical HR Generalist position. As a Field HR Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner supporting multiple business units and leaders across ADG's nationwide organization. While your primary work schedule will align with the Eastern and Central Time Zones, you'll collaborate with leaders, associates, and HR partners across the country to deliver an exceptional employee experience and help drive business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
• Three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable HR role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and associate relations.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Paylocity experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other business applications.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support business operations and strengthen partnerships with leaders and associates.
