Role Description

Our Client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Executive & Recruiting Assistant to serve as the operational anchor across their talent acquisition, human resources, and executive management functions.

Please note: This is primarily an administrative, back-office seat requiring an independent process owner rather than a front-facing recruiter.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager/HR Lead, the successful candidate will:

• Manage candidate tracking pipelines.
• Preserve absolute database hygiene.
• Govern employee onboarding document workflows.
• Optimize leadership schedules.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of verified professional experience operating as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition Assistant.
• Excellent written English skills paired with clear, professional verbal English capabilities.
• High operational proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Superb time-management skills and attention to detail.
• A high level of absolute confidentiality, integrity, and corporate discretion.
• Ownership of a fully private remote home office layout with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Requirements

• Prior exposure navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or specialized candidate databases.
• Direct experience parsing professional resumes, managing multi-tier interview dockets, or assisting remote executive teams.
• Industry exposure within the Construction, Field Service, Real Estate, or Industrial Engineering sectors.
