Role Description

Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Executive Recruiter.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new.
• Conduct phone screenings, analyze responses, verify references, and validate candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture.
• Develop and execute specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients.
• Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience.
• Self-motivated, self-starter.
• Passionate about being the best at what you do.
• Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
