Role Description

This position is responsible for delivering employee services requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures in such areas as:

• Salary and benefit administration
• Employee relations
• Wellness
• Employee development

Responsibilities include:

• Researching and providing solutions to difficult employee and retiree issues and concerns
• Working with all areas of HR to ensure effective employee services
• Participating in the HR value proposition to attract, develop, and retain high-quality diverse employees for the corporation

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 years’ experience in customer service or Human Resources
• Service oriented with a desire to serve the customer
• Consultation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical, research, and documentation skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Workday System (preferred)
• Knowledge of health insurance industry (preferred)
• This role is a Telecommute (Remote) Role
