[Hiring] Employee Experience Advisor - Wellbeing @Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

Role Description

The Employee Experience Advisor-Wellbeing supports the delivery of wellbeing, engagement, and culture initiatives across the Trust. The postholder provides coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of wellbeing activities, campaigns, events, and staff engagement processes.

• Acts as a friendly and approachable contact for staff, signposting to appropriate resources and escalating issues where necessary.
• Gathers and collates staff feedback, supports wellbeing reporting, and assists in improving awareness of wellbeing offers across the Trust.
• Contributes to embedding the NHS People Promise by helping deliver a positive and supportive workplace experience for all staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating wellbeing initiatives and events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze staff feedback and wellbeing data.

Requirements

• This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
• Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
