Role Description
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated EMEA Employee Relations/Labor Relations/Generalist Leader to join our Global Employee Relations, Labor Relations & HR Generalists team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the regional vision for Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist services across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), building data-driven risk mitigation strategies, and optimizing a complex service delivery model.
You will lead a dedicated regional team of professionals in a highly matrixed environment, serving as a critical architect of change and a key strategic partner to Human Resources Centers of Excellence, Human Resources Business Partners, and executive leadership to enable business growth and support Mergers and Acquisitions activity.
