Role Description

Part of the People & Culture team, the Director of People & Culture is a pivotal role for driving innovation at Migrant Help. Responsible for delivering strategic plans and the provision of strong strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the full range of services within the People and Culture team, you will be a dynamic, results-driven leader, with a passion for making a difference, ensuring these functions support the achievement of the strategic goals of Migrant Help and its subsidiary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable previous experience in a senior People and Culture role.
• Excellent demonstrable knowledge across the breadth of the People and Culture portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience of managing people matters at a senior level in line with excellent knowledge of best practice, budget management and strategic planning.
• Experience of consultation, negotiation and influencing different stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to analyse situations and focus on achieving solutions.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to provide assurance on data integrity.
