Role Description

As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling and supporting a fast-growing professional services organization. This individual will oversee core HR operations, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle. This position requires a strong operator who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build structure in a dynamic environment, and lead a distributed team with clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• SPHR/PHR Certification and or SHRM-CP/SCP desired.
• Must have a minimum of five years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Familiar with Gusto and Microsoft Office 365.
• Bonus if you have experience with Superhuman Docs.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others.

Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
• Occasional weekends may be required.

What you'll own

• Own and continuously improve HR operational processes across onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain scalable systems, workflows, and documentation to support company growth.
• Partner with leadership to implement and manage HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives.
