[Hiring] Director of HR @Ascen

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of HR. The Director of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including:

• Developing and implementing HR policies
• Overseeing our HR compliance
• Handling HR and compliance escalations
• Dealing directly with staffing customers and end clients
• Staying up-to-date with labor and employment law and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices (+1000 employees)
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies (+1000 employees)
• Extreme familiarity with labor and employment law
• Experience in the staffing industry is required
