In this role, you'll partner across Engineering and Gaming to help create people experiences that enable individuals, teams, and organizations to do their best work. You'll collaborate closely with:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 9+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years people management or equivalent experience
• 15+ years HR consulting/HRBP/People Consulting experience (preferred)
• 3+ years leading people managers or consulting teams (preferred)
• 5+ years employee relations experience in complex, multi-country environments (preferred)
• Experience advising senior business leaders and partnering across HR COEs, HRBPs, CELA, and Employee Relations functions (preferred)

• Leads and develops an HR Consulting team through significant transformation
• Establishes clear priorities and expectations for consulting quality, decision-making, and outcomes
• Coaches and enables the team to deliver effective, insight-driven consulting
• Guides the team in identifying trends and insights across cases and engagements
• Supports the team’s partnerships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence
• Ensures alignment to global priorities while enabling flexibility
• Provides input on the identification, design, and implementation of HR projects and programs
• Supports talent and capability growth across the HR Consulting organization
• Models Microsoft’s culture and leadership principles

Benefits

• HR Consulting M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year
• Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year
• Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation
