[Hiring] Compensation Analyst II @Affirm

Role Description

The Compensation Programs & Partnerships (P&P) team designs, executes, and maintains some of the people programs and partnerships that enable Affirm to provide thoughtful experiences and rewards to Affirmers. We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Compensation Analyst who is passionate about delivering compensation programs and partnerships that help drive Affirm’s success. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Compensation and work closely with the Senior Manager and broader Compensation team to strategize, build, refine, maintain, and implement various programs and initiatives.

• Lead the end-to-end project management of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles.
• Leverage existing tools and sources to provide team ad-hoc compensation analyses and story-building support.
• Partner with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team to provide ongoing partnership support for various business-related initiatives.
• Partner with the Senior Incentive Compensation Manager to provide operational support for the incentive compensation design process.
• Engage in ongoing processes and special projects to refine and uphold Compensation’s programmatic frameworks.
• Serve as subject matter expert to provide education and consultation to stakeholders on our compensation structure and various compensation programs.
• Maintain our standard job architecture catalog in Workday and internal team documents.
• May participate in sessions with external survey companies to stay up to date on market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation with an understanding of core compensation concepts and programs.
• Experience with leading and managing projects from start to finish using a standard project management lifecycle approach.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the internal team and cross-functional partners.
• Strong relationship management skills with the proven ability to consult, influence, and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
• Passion for working with data elements and compiling analysis to “tell the story” and create solutions.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask across several deliverables while maintaining a proactive approach.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to using different methods by embracing innovation and experimentation.
• Experience working within the technology industry is a plus.

• Pay Grade - I
• Equity Grade - 4
• CAN base pay range per year: $89,000 - $139,000
