[Hiring] Caregiver Recruiter @Expedock

Role Description

• Create, manage, and update caregiver job postings on Indeed and CareerPlug using Indeed's applicant tracking system.
• Actively recruit caregivers, reach out to prospects, and handle candidate follow-ups and email communications.
• Guide successful candidates through basic onboarding, including requesting, organizing, and maintaining required employment documents.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Have recruiting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA.
• Well-versed in using GSuite, Microsoft 365 & AI Tools.
• PLUS: Experience in using Wellsky and Indeed or any similar tools.
• PLUS: Having home care industry experience.

Requirements

• Fiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) - recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps.
• Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps.
• Quiet, conducive home workspace.
• OPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours.
• OPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages.
