Role Description

SpartanX is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter who knows how to find exceptional talent in the electrical and construction industries. This is a fully remote position supporting hiring efforts across multiple U.S. markets.

• Recruit electricians, apprentices, construction professionals, and skilled trades talent
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews in both English and Spanish
• Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics
• Extend offers and coordinate with the HR and onboarding teams

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Previous recruiting experience in electrical, construction, or skilled trades
• Solar industry recruiting experience is a strong plus
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
• Experience using ATS platforms and major job boards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
