The Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key operational role within the Human Resources department of Mangone Law Firm, LLC. This position is responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end recruiting processes for both remote and U.S.-based on-site positions. Key objectives include:

• Designing candidate profiles
• Publishing vacancies
• Actively sourcing talent
• Managing multi-stage interview calendars
• Administering candidate assessments

Operating under an "Above the Line" mindset, the person in this role must maintain an outstanding level of attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiter for high-volume/mass hiring companies
• Bonus Asset: B2 in English
• Non-Negotiable: The Above The Line Mindset
