[Hiring] Bilingual Employee Relations Investigator @Axiom Law

Role Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Investigator with Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency to support one of our leading technology clients. In this role, you will conduct high-volume workplace investigations involving employee relations matters and company policy violations, helping ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of complex workplace issues.

• Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters, including allegations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other company policy violations.
• Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct, including matters related to Title VII protections, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
• Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support timely resolutions.
• Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment.
• Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely).
• Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably within a large technology company.
• Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII.
• English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency.

Benefits

• The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
