[Hiring] Benefits Technology Administration Associate @OneDigital

Role Description

As a Client Success Associate (CSA) at OneDigital, you will be expected to configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool. You will be required to develop relationships, influence strategic direction and maximize client value.

• Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
• Retrieve web-based data
• Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format
• Configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs
• User interface testing and data validation
• Serve as the BenAdmin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation including expansion and issue escalation
• Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions
• Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform
• Meet or exceed department goals as defined
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned

• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Current life and health insurance license, preferred
• 2 years’ work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred

Benefits

• Base pay range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year
