Role Description

In this role, you’ll spend your day partnering with internal teams and external platform providers to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure benefits data flows accurately across systems. You’ll proactively identify risks, improve processes, and contribute to onboarding and technology initiatives that enhance efficiency. Your work directly impacts the organization by strengthening partner relationships, improving the customer experience, and enabling scalable, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with ben-admin or HCM platforms like Workday, ADP, Employee Navigator, PlanSource, or similar tools.
• Experience configuring or supporting benefits within an HCM or ben-admin platform.
• Understanding of API concepts and tools (such as REST APIs, JSON, Postman, or Swagger).
• Experience in operations, implementation, or technical enablement within group benefits.
• Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Develops deep expertise in third-party platforms and their integration with Mutual of Omaha systems (eligibility, enrollment, billing, EOI).
• Partners with implementation, operations, and technology teams to support onboarding and adoption.
• Collaborates with external partners and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and operational issues.
• Analyzes trends, recurring issues, and operational patterns across platforms.
• Contributes to cross-functional initiatives and product improvements.

• Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $88,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
