[Hiring] Analyst II HR Operations @DXC Technology

Role Description

This role involves working as a language specialist in HR shared services.

• Preparing HR documents such as contract amendments and leave confirmations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintaining HR systems, including processing changes in Workday.
• Running regular reports to evaluate benefits and absences of employees supported.
• Handling various employee queries and communicating solutions clearly to all involved parties.
• Liaising with external organizations and local authorities (e.g., health insurance companies or social security administration).
• Managing the scope of processes as a knowledgeable, independent expert and cooperating on projects to redesign processes and create clear instructions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience required; freshers with high proficiency in required languages may be considered.
• Minimum B2 proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding French.
• Graduation (12+3 years) is a must.
• Language program certification is required.

Requirements

• Effective email communication skills are required.
• Problem-solving skills are necessary.
• HR Ops experience is good to have.
