Role Description
We're looking for a US Recruiter to support our client’s hiring needs from end to end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment and knows how to identify top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.
This position is contingent on the award of the project.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a range of US-based positions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to offer acceptance
- Work closely with hiring managers and account leads to understand role requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for next steps
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of US recruitment experience (BPO or staffing agency experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of US job market and hiring practices
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
