Role Description
CompQsoft Inc., is seeking Training Manager - (Oracle Fusion – Financial) to augment our DISA DeCA-OF team at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA. We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead in the training efforts of a Federal Financial Information Management Systems built on the Oracle Fusion platform. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Identify training needs
- Design relevant programs
- Assess impact on employee performance and loyalty
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure necessary training
- Focus on system familiarization, user experience, and increasing productivity
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
- Ability to develop and execute a training schedule within a defined period
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Ability to provide guidance to trainers
Requirements

- Educational Level: Bachelors
- Experience Level: Proficient (5+ yrs)
- Citizenship & Clearance: U.S. Citizenship with clear background to obtain clearance
Preferences
- Background in federal financial and procurement management
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
