Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Review incoming applications and make informed pre-selections to onboard the best talents in collaboration with our departments.
- Conduct online interviews professionally and on equal footing with the teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the entire process and ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
- Work closely with your colleagues in the recruiting team, exchanging ideas and actively participating in exciting projects.
Qualifications
- Completed training or studies related to human resources.
- At least two years of professional experience in tech recruiting.
- Familiarity with terms like frontend, backend, or cloud, and a willingness to delve deeply into our technical profiles.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure a smooth application process and maintain oversight in projects.
- Excellent German language skills (minimum level C1) and good English language skills.
