Role Description

Wir suchen ab sofort nach einem(r) Talent Acquisition Praktikant:in für unser Berliner Büro. Wenn du motiviert, engagiert und neugierig auf die Welt des Recruitings bist, bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Outbound- und Inbound-Recruiting
Recherche von Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google und mehreren Networking events.
Screening von Bewerber:innen per Telefon oder Video Calls.
Koordination von Interviews und Terminplanung.
Verantwortung für Candidate Experience
Teilnahme an Networking events (Campus, Partnerschaften, Kundenevents).

Qualifications

Interesse an Recruiting oder Vertrieb.
Sehr gute Recherchefähigkeiten
Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz
Spaß bei wechselnden Prioritäten und agilen Strukturen
Fokus auf Projekterfolg auch bei herausforderndem Scope
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
