- 100 % remote in Deutschland arbeiten – oder von überall in der EU im Rahmen einer Workation!
- Regelmäßige Team-Offsites an tollen Locations!

- Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise – du erkennst Chancen und nutzt sie
- Keine Angst vor Kaltakquise & Netzwerken – du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf
- Verhandlungsgeschick & Überzeugungsstärke – du bringst Kunden und Kandidaten erfolgreich zusammen
