Role Description

We are looking for an IT Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist to join our unique, people-focused team at Appunite.

Conduct recruitment processes
Source candidates using top-notch recruitment techniques and tools, including direct search
Maintain the Candidate Experience at a high level
Work with Team Leaders and the Appunite team to find suitable candidates for the product team
Be involved in creating a recruitment strategy
Be a part of a unique, people-focused team
Have the opportunity and space to develop in an area important to you
Have the opportunity to create our company’s culture, your own initiatives and also to process improvements that already exist

Qualifications

Previous working experience as a Recruiter (min. 3 years)
Experience in sourcing Tech talent and knowledge of the IT industry
Knowledge and use of different sourcing and recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or Lite)
Proficiency in HR metrics would be a plus
Communicative in written and spoken Polish and English
Take ownership and want to have a real input by challenging status quo
Easily establish and maintain positive relationships with people
Team player with great communication skills, empathy, and mutual respect
Very well-organized
Value accuracy, reliability, and orientation to detail

Requirements

Follow trends and best practices, especially connected with the IT industry
Focus on continuous development
Live in Poznań or are able to come to our office and work with us as often as possible
