Role Description

This role involves leading the People Operations team at Play’n GO, focusing on optimizing HR processes across global jurisdictions.

  • Proactive leadership of a team of HR professionals across Europe, Asia, and the United States
  • In-depth analysis and optimization of processes, procedures, and systems within the People Operations team
  • Adherence to local labour laws, ensuring ongoing training and development
  • Act as the authority on HR systems, supporting managers with updates and changes
  • Main point of contact for HR Business Partners, aiding them in supporting the business
  • Broad knowledge of global labour laws and policies for effective communication with external partners

Qualifications

  • Strong experience leading a team of HR professionals across countries and cultures
  • An analytical mind focused on using data to provide concrete solutions
  • Background in HR systems with the ability to identify upgrades and optimization opportunities
  • Desire to continually enhance the employee experience
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to create standards in process use, analysis, and review
