Role Description

In this role, you will:

  • Impact the company's talent strategy and growth trajectory and elevate the recruitment process to new heights.
  • Manage sourcing, vetting, and oversee administrative functions related to hiring.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce's future.
  • Stay driven, results-oriented, and proactively explore new recruitment approaches.
  • Partner with educational institutions, boost our company’s brand on social media, and collaborate with the Marketing team to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Be part of an organization that is leading the way in innovation and growth.
  • Work with a dynamic team that values creativity, teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5-10 years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with Paylocity is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional computer proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding advanced English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Experience in the Maritime or Power Generation industries is highly preferred, though not required.
