Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sourcer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for technology. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top IT professionals, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our clients.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Update and manage candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the IT talent landscape.
- Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress to recruitment leads.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT sourcing or recruiting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements
- Proficient in using sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Advanced / Intermediate English, both written and spoken.
- 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
