Role Description
We are offering a great work experience as an International Recruiter specializing in BPO industries (such as Customer Service, Call-Center, Sales & Marketing) to work from home.

Your Journey as a Freelance International Recruiter:
- Collaborate with your Recruitment Manager to design a roadmap aligned with your financial goals.
- Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using various recruitment and marketing tools.
- Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews and shortlist the most qualified individuals for your Recruitment Manager.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process until their successful placement.
- Earn attractive commissions for successfully placing candidates and continuously advancing your career.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus but not required
- Knowledge and interest in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Availability to perform this role full-time
- Strong communication skills with a good level of English
- Experience in BPO (Call Centers, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing)
