Role Description
This role involves providing internal support and partnership to Clinical Operations managers and employees to deliver required human resources support.
- Serves as administrator and front-line support for several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records.
- Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance at the direction of HR (Total Rewards, Training, and Talent Acquisition) and Payroll support staff.
- Assists with investigations, corrective action, and other employee relations activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field required
- 3 years of related HR experience
- Professional certification in HR such as PHR, SPHR, or PIRHA preferred
Requirements
- Knowledge of and some experience in managing human resource programs, processes, procedures while ensuring compliance with government laws/regulations as appropriate for the business location.
- Understands the need to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations and documentation and complies with information security policies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Possesses good interpersonal, listening and communication skills. Open to feedback and coaching.
- Possesses a positive professional image, including ethical behavior and good judgment, and maintaining discretion and confidentiality in interactions and matters of significance.
- Ability to think critically, problem solve and make decisions when appropriate. Consults with others to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Possesses organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities as required.
- Holds self-accountable and learns from mistakes.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel to Centers up to 25 – 30% of the time.
