Role Description
This role involves making a difference by:
- Resolving client escalations and actively working with clients to improve engagement.
- Supporting clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of benefit plans.
- Providing training to the Global Benefits Team to ensure plans and changes are understood.
- Researching and evaluating benefit programs and policies and staying up to date on trends and best practices.
- Advising clients and internal teams on regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to global and country benefit regulations.
- Providing guidance and coaching to the benefits and HR teams on handling complex issues or inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining benefit processes and related documentation.
- Assisting and supporting benefits projects using effective analytical skills to improve benefits offerings in line with business goals & financial objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline our approach to the management of benefits.
- Participating in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Managing assigned client base to ensure key metrics and SLAs are adhered to.
- Communicating complex information to educate clients’ employees on their benefit options and exclusions.
- Analyzing and evaluating clients' needs based on their situation to determine the best benefit option.
- Developing, supporting, and maintaining the strategy, development, design, communication, and implementation of compliant global benefits, including benefits structure, cost analysis, and renewals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years international benefits administration experience with a strong knowledge of country legislation and benefits design.
- Team management experience a plus.
- 2+ years in a consultative client-facing role.
- Thorough understanding of benefits principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proven track record of dealing with senior level executive leadership, up to and including C level.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Multi-language skills a plus.
- High degree of success leading complex projects with documented plans to drive actions and achieve objectives.
- Aptitude for analytical thinking and creative solutions with strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to deal with and navigate through transitions and ambiguity to drive successful change initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, leadership, and others to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
