Role Description

8 + years of strong BI working experience in Workday Finance module.

• Very good communication skills.
• Responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to support the financial planning and decision-making processes within an organization that utilizes the Workday financial management system.
• Analyzing financial data from Workday and other sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. This may involve creating customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present financial information in a meaningful way to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, IT, and project management, to implement and configure the Workday financial management system.
• Streamlining financial workflows, enhancing data accuracy and integrity, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Design and develop customized financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday's reporting tools.
