Role Description

This is a virtual position candidates must be located in Texas or Oklahoma! Bilingual is a plus!

Cavender Auto Family Dealership of West Texas is expanding its Virtual F&I platform and is actively seeking elite-level Automotive Finance Managers to support our luxury line dealerships through a fully remote, performance-driven model.

Responsibilities

• Prior high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience
• Ability to work fully remote from a quiet, interruption-free workspace
• Comfort with recorded virtual customer interactions
• Strong focus on VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration
• Experience with:
  • CDK
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Darwin
  • Luxury brand experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Valid Driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually for training (expenses covered)
• 90% plus Virtual / Remote position (except for onsite training and performance reviews)
• Serve customers across multiple dealerships to include Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Subaru
• Deliver compliant, professional, and high-performing virtual F&I presentations
• Focused on profitability, clean contracts, and funding efficiency
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Internal Candidates must have at least one (1) year of previous experience as a finance manager to apply

Requirements

• Estimated annual earnings: $200,000-$400,000
• 5-day work week - schedule will vary, Saturdays and holidays required
