Role Description
In a period of rapid scaling and AI integration, you will oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, long-range forecasting, and margin optimization. Your role is to translate complex operational data—spanning virtual scribing, RCM, and AI-led clinical support—into actionable insights that fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and multi-year long-range financial models, aligning departmental goals with IKS Health’s global "Care Enablement" vision.

Develop and maintain integrated driver-based models (e.g., clinician volumes, AI-tool throughput, labor productivity, and RCM yield) to improve forecast accuracy across diverse business units.

Execute scenario planning for new market entries and the deployment of Agentic AI.

Operational Excellence & Margin Strategy

Partner with Operations and Product heads to drive unit economics and profitability initiatives, specifically focusing on the transition from human-intensive to AI-augmented delivery models.

Establish and monitor system-wide KPI dashboards (Gross Margins, EBITDA, DSO, and Client Acquisition Costs).

M&A and Investment Support

Provide financial due diligence and integration support for domestic and international acquisitions.

Lead ROI and payback analysis for high-tech capital expenditures, specifically around the Scribble Suite and Google Cloud-based generative AI platforms.

Manage the capital allocation process, ensuring investments align with the goals.
Qualifications

12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Deep experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, or Health-Tech (SaaS/BPaaS) is mandatory. Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape is highly preferred.

Proven track record of managing financial integration for multi-site or global organizations.

Advanced proficiency in FP&A and BI tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite Planning, or Power BI). Expert-level financial modeling skills are a given.

Experience working within a global delivery model (US-India corridor) is a significant advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred.
Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $175-$250k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
