[Hiring] Variable Compensation Analyst @GE HealthCare

Role Description

The Senior Variable Compensation Analyst is responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.

• Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools.
• Lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews.
• Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
• Uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of the competition and differentiating factors in the market.
• Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters for complicated, day-to-day problems.
• Ability to prioritize information for decision making using technical experience and analytical thinking.
• Works independently and interacts effectively with employees and managers at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience).
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis or similar work.

Requirements

• Sales compensation experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
