Role Description
In our Valuation & Litigation Support Manager role, you will be responsible for:

Managing valuation, litigation, and forensic engagements.

Conducting financial and investigative analysis.

Supporting Expert Witnesses through all stages of litigation.

Managing client relationships and project deliverables.

Leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
Essential Functions include:

Managing the full lifecycle of valuation, litigation support, and forensic engagements, providing high-quality analysis and deliverables to support Expert Witnesses and clients.

Conducting investigations and analyzing financial records, transactions, and large datasets to support litigation matters, fraud investigations, damages calculations, and valuation engagements.

Consulting with attorneys and clients throughout all stages of business disputes, including case development, discovery, damages analysis, and expert testimony.

Leading the preparation and review of valuation models, expert reports, forensic reports, working papers, schedules, and supporting analyses.

Building and reviewing complex financial models and analyses and leveraging data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships.

Managing client relationships, communicating complex financial concepts clearly, and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of client engagements.

Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members while effectively delegating work and managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Supporting business development and client growth through relationship building, proposals, presentations, and identification of new opportunities.

Leading the practice in integrating AI and advanced analytics into valuation models, including automating data gathering, comparable selection, normalization adjustments, and report writing assistance.

Applying AI-enabled tools across litigation and forensics work, such as document review, transaction and anomaly detection, and data analysis, while maintaining defensibility, validation, and professional skepticism suitable for expert testimony.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5β7 years of relevant experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, valuation, or financial consulting.

Professional certification preferred, such as CPA, CFF, CFE, ABV, ASA, or CVA.

Experience with commercial litigation, economic damages, fraud investigations, forensic analysis, and business valuation.

Strong financial analysis, investigative, and Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with complex datasets.

Knowledge of frequently used databases in valuation and litigation support work, such as BVResources, Tagnifi, KTMine, Partnership Profiles, Kroll Cost of Capital, etc.

Strong project management, client relationship, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clearly communicate complex financial concepts.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members while working effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion when handling complex, confidential, and sensitive matters.
