Role Description

We are looking for Generalists with U.S. tax and financial literacy to support a short-term project focused on evaluating U.S. tax filing workflows and related financial processes. You will review, annotate, and assess workflows using structured guidelines to help improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review and evaluate U.S. tax filing workflows and related financial processes.
• Apply project-specific rubrics to assess accuracy, completeness, usability, and overall workflow quality.
• Compare system-generated outputs against real-world tax documents and scenarios.
• Review and annotate relevant documents according to project guidelines.
• Connect approved financial and productivity accounts through secure authentication methods when required for project workflows.
• Provide relevant tax-related documents for evaluation purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data-handling requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly through written and verbal feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and provide timely updates on assignments.

Qualifications

• Currently residing in a mainland U.S. state and available to start immediately.
• Strong financial literacy and hands-on experience filing 2025 U.S. federal taxes, independently or with assistance from a CPA or tax professional.
• Comfortable working with digital financial and document workflows.
• Strong document-review and data-annotation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience applying structured evaluation criteria, rubrics, or quality-review processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience with AI model evaluation, data annotation, RLHF, or workflow assessment.
• Familiarity with U.S. tax forms, filing processes, and common tax documentation.
• Experience reviewing financial or tax-related documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency across evaluations.
