[Hiring] US Senior Accounts Payable & Receivable Analyst @People Partners

Role Description

This role involves taking full ownership of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accurate financial data management.

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable
• End-to-end Accounts Payable
• Accurate bank transaction categorization
• Clean, reliable financial data inside QuickBooks Online

This is a senior-level, hands-on role for someone who knows the details matter — and has the experience to back it up.

• Create and send accurate client invoices
• Monitor aging reports and drive collections professionally
• Process and apply payments correctly
• Enter, code, and manage vendor bills
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time
• Categorize and reconcile bank transactions
• Identify discrepancies and resolve them proactively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AR/AP experience
• Strong experience in QuickBooks Online
• Experience handling full-cycle invoicing, collections & vendor payments
• Solid understanding of financial statements
• Experience communicating with customers and vendors directly
