[Hiring] Treasury Analyst @Reach

Role Description

As a Treasury Analyst at Reach, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our global treasury function, working across cash management, FX, and treasury systems. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you’ll play a key role in managing liquidity and supporting financial risk processes across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a global FinTech.

• Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances
• Assist with FX exposure tracking and hedging activities
• Support treasury systems, reporting, and automation
• Partner with internal teams and banking partners
• Contribute to process improvements across treasury operations

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Up to 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Clear communication and ability to work remotely
