Role Description

Position: Advisory & Transaction Services Expert (M&A / Valuation)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $700/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios from your work, including:
  • Quality-of-earnings (QoE) analyses
  • Working-capital and net-debt analyses
  • Valuation models
• Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and sound professional judgment.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance AI model training and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS / boutique) and/or corporate development, investment banking, or valuation background.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Preferred: CPA, and/or ASA/ABV/CFA for valuation-leaning candidates.
• Hands-on ownership of QoE, valuation, or deal models.
