Role Description

The Territory Underwriting Manager, Excess & Surplus will manage an assigned territory supporting our gulf coast region to ensure profitable growth as well as underwrite and service the most complex accounts and largest agency relationships.

• Mentor teammates
• Deliver training programs
• Assist in the development of underwriting guidelines and products

This ideal candidate will reside in Nashville, TN and support agency relationships in TN, AL, MS, and GA. Consideration for candidates in TN or GA. This is a remote opportunity with travel throughout the territory.

• Experience in underwriting and managing complex accounts
• Strong mentoring and training skills
• Ability to develop underwriting guidelines and products

• Reside in Nashville, TN or be located in TN or GA
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory
