Role Description
The role of the Team Lead is to support the team by serving as an escalation point, provide continuous training to team members and serve as a back-up resource to the supervisor. Additionally, the Lead will be responsible for specific reporting and special projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Daily support to functional team and supervisor; including serving as an escalation point for unresolved customer issues for both internal or external customers and troubleshooting problems.

Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure seamless functioning of transactions operations and acting as the point person in the supervisorβs absence.

Maintain routine reports and dashboard; perform other ad-hoc reporting as needed or requested.

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for the function and provide routine training updates to the team, as needed.

Perform regular audits, reconciliations and other quality reviews; provide coaching to team members as needed.

Maintain applicable technology, large and/or complex file transfers, any system access, etc. as applicable.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience processing corporate finance transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, etc.) required; preferably in a mid-to-large corporate environment.

Knowledge of ERP systems and applicable rules and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle acquisition related tasks with confidentiality.

Proactive problem solving skill and ability to manage tasks independently.

Excellent organizational skills.

Detail oriented.
Requirements

High School Diploma OR GED required.

Accounts Payable certification by an accredited organization preferred.
