Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Subscription Renewal Specialist to join our operations team. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of accounting, sales, and operations, with a focus on managing the full lifecycle of software subscription renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process software subscription renewals end-to-end.

Review and generate quotes and order forms, ensuring accuracy.

Submit purchase orders and manage communications with vendors and internal teams.

Reach out to customers by phone and email to follow up on renewals and resolve issues.

Coordinate with the Sales, Accounting, and Customer Success teams to maintain accurate deal records.

Assist with monthly revenue recognition tracking and reporting.

Provide backup support for order processing and new account setup as needed.

Participate in cross-training initiatives to reduce knowledge silos.

Help document internal processes to support efficiency and scale.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in subscription renewals, sales operations, accounting, or a related role.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies across documents or systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with customers directly.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.

Desire to grow professionally and expand responsibilities over time.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, CPQ tools, or similar platforms.

Exposure to SaaS, subscription billing, or recurring revenue environments.

Familiarity with revenue recognition and accounts receivable workflows.

Experience working with Siemens tools or similar quoting systems (a plus, but not required).
